Alec is the newest member of the Flemma Group. His career began at Baird in 2023 as an intern, where he assisted the team with day-to-day operational tasks to gain a firm foundational understanding of the industry before becoming a full-time Client Assistant. Alec has obtained the FINRA SIE designation and is working towards completing his remaining licensing exams. His responsibilities include handling client communications, fulfilling client requests, and providing comprehensive internal support to the team.
Outside the office, Alec enjoys racing with his family through the Oneida Lake Sailing Club and spends his winters skiing the Northeast.
